I was very pleased with CyberDefender's support team. The young lady who helped me through the program was patient and thoroughly professional. It was a pleasure to work with such people. Ever since I installed CyberDefender my computer never crashes anymore.
Great product. Thought I had gotten the blue screen of death only to find it was a new piece of malware. Downloaded CyberDefender early detection, which found it and eleven other malware files and deleted them. No more blue screen of death. As an added bonus the registry cleaner found 2 corrupted files on an external hard drive I use for back-up, which had been giving me problems. Works great now.
I had over 100 problems with my computer. Cyberdefender cleaned it all. I had Norton. Norton created some of the problems, very bad. I also bought the support, which is super and beyond words. They help with everything including your phones. The techs are easy to understand and really will help you. You are not rushed and they help you in any and every way they can. I did pay more for this and it is worth it.
I love your product, it is fast and easy to use. I have tested several others and ended up uninstalling them.
