I was tricked into downloading a fake anti-virus program onto my PC. I spent a week using various anti-virus programs trying to remove the dangerous Trojan. It was eating away at my progress files. Finally, I solicited help from CyberDefender. One of their system Engineers spent four hours and removed all components of the vicious infection. I was thrilled that I did not have to purchase a new computer. CyberDefender is the best!

My computer was running extremely slow. I heard an ad for CyberDefender on the radio to clean up files and speed up my process time. I decided to try it. After downloading the product I was still having problems and called the customer service number. Lo and behold I got a technician that knew what she was doing. She was wonderful! She logged onto my computer and used CyberDefender to clean up and eliminate unwanted programs and my speed increased dramatically. Maria Granados was polite and efficient and gave superior service; something I haven't been used to with telephone service lately. Kudos to her and CyberDefender. My computer is now performing like it should again.
