Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern
SUMMARY
This position requires an individual willing to learn the in–depth analytical and financial
needs of the company. Someone who has interest in financial statements, budgeting, planning,
quantitative methods, economics, statistics, and technology will be able to get the most out of
this unpaid internship. CyberDefender is a small cap publicly traded company in the security
software and technology support services industry.
EXPECTED TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators (KPI) in all
areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures
- Financial statement review including developing supporting schedules and models
- Corporate and departmental budgeting, forecasting, and review
- Ad-hoc management report generation, analysis, recommendations, and presentation
- Advanced Excel 2007 features including pivot tables, vlookups, database extraction,
and scenario analysis.
- MySQL 5.0 query building and data extraction
QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA Applicants
- Minimum of 3 years work experience. Software or technology services experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree
- Undergraduate Applicants
- Minimum of 2 years completed at an accredited undergraduate university

Marketing Reporting Intern
SUMMARY

SUMMARY
As a Call Center Analyst, you will play an integral role in operating and maintaining the predictive
dialing systems, collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports of findings, evaluating methodologies for
data collection and measure effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. The Call Center Analyst will also be
responsible for house file scoring, list construction, campaign specifications, and merge-purge.
EXPECTED TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Operates and maintains predictive dialing systems within established parameters
and campaign specifications.
- Provide dialer setup, training and desktop support for assigned workgroups.
- Configure, install, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for
end users.
- Produce, load and refresh dialer contact lists for multiple campaigns.
- Produce and distribute agent and campaign performance reports.
- Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex
findings into written text.
- Prepare additional reports for internal departments and external vendors as needed.
- Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying
habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs
and strategies.
- Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys,
opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
- Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
- Participate in the overall functional and technical design and implementation
for assignments.
- Develop and maintain necessary jobs, packages, scripts, and processes for the
reporting databases.
- Create and update system documentation and specifications.
- Identify problems, systems architecture definition, hardware/software specification,
design, implementation and solution deployment.
- Set up, execute, and report against database marketing campaigns using a combination
of SQL programming tools and data manipulation software.
- Set up and utilize automation techniques to support database marketing efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years experience as a Database Marketing Analyst/Manager, Marketing Analyst,
Circulation Analyst, Product Manager, List Manager.
- Proficient/Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet usage.
- Strong database (MySQL or SQL Server) skills.
